Abstract
The aim of the paper is to present functioning and development conditionals of small enterprises, run by women in rural areas. Research done in 2003 shows that there have become hardly any changes into better situation since 1997. Conditions for rural enterprise development have got worse especially. The main problems have still been high rates of taxes and social insurance. There have been also difficulties with getting bank credits.Downloads
