The author of the published paper is obliged to transfer his/her copyright to the publisher and submit a declaration that the paper has not been published in another journal.

Submitting the article to ACTA Scientiarum Polonorum. Oeconomia means acceptance of the transfer of all economic copyrights to the publisher. The journal is issued in an open access form, allowing third parties to copy and distribute the published material in any medium or format, and to transform and draw from the material, provided that the original work is properly cited and adheres to the license terms.
