The proper process (conservation) lasts as long as it is brought back to its former function or the land is transferred into agricultural usage. The appropriate cultivation technology connected with land fallowing concerns costs of set-up, nurturing as well as liquidation of fallow lands, what results in agricultural production’s resumption in the area.
