INTERDISCIPLINARY TAKE ON FOOD CONSUMPTION
Abstract
The main aim of this paper is to present economic and social aspects of food consumption studies. At the beginning, consumption is located among other sciences. Then, the methods used to study food consumption is presented, with particular attention paid to the method of econometric analysis and panel analysis. The last part of the paper presents the current state of studies in this area.Downloads
